The UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 Chapter 4 imposes conditions on the sale of services. The UK Cancer Act 1939 does not permit anyone other than a medically qualified practitioner to diagnose and treat cancer, and only a medically qualified practitioner is permitted to diagnose illness.  Therefore please read and accept the conditions set out in the agreement below before proceeding.

If you pay for a Distance Healing session, you accept and agree the following terms:

I understand that Ed Pearson is not a medically qualified doctor, surgeon or health professional.

I understand that Ed Pearson is not permitted by law to treat cancer.

I understand that Ed Pearson is not permitted to diagnose any condition, and that I have sought medical advice to obtain a diagnosis for my condition(s).

If I have cancer, I understand that any healing I receive will be complementary to any medical treatment protocol prescribed by my oncologist or other qualified health professional.

I understand and agree that there is no guarantee of a cure or relief of my symptoms and/or illness, condition or emotional state, whether stated or implied, from my treatment.

I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my actions and do not hold responsible Ed Pearson or his Spiritual Guides or his Association for any adverse effects or events which I may later deem to be influenced by the healing/consultation.

I understand and agree that as the information and advice supplied by Ed Pearson or his Spirit Guides is an opinion given in good faith, it is received as such, and not in any way as enforceable fact, nor is it to be construed as such.

I agree that the information supplied to me during the Spiritual consultation is given to me only, and not to any other party without the prior written consent of Ed Pearson, is given to me in good faith and without any liability or recourse, financial or otherwise, on the part of the provider or his associations.

I understand that following my first treatment, if I do not perceive any improvement in my condition within 2 weeks of my Distance Healing, I will be entitled to a full refund of my payment.  If a payment is refunded and I later decide that I have experienced an improvement to my condition(s) and wish to have further treatment, I agree to repay the original fee and pay for a second treatment before any further healing is given.
